We will need these ingredients:
• 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
• 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
• 1 large onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

• 125 g ricotta cheese (cottage cheese or non-acidic)
• 4 eggs (lightly beaten)
• 1/2 h. L. freshly ground nutmeg
• 375 g of the extract of the test (phyllo)
• olive oil or melted butter for greasing the form and test beds

Cooking method:
1 Gently heat the olive oil in a large pan, put green onions and garlic. Sauté until transparent. To mix the spinach and cook until leaves are tender. Remove from heat.

2 In a bowl, mix the parsley with feta, ricotta, eggs and nutmeg. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drain excess liquid from the spinach stew. Add it to the cheese-egg mixture.

3 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease the form with olive or melted butter, greasy layer of dough and place in a form (for more details about this test, see the issue 5).
