Let’s cook churros according to the classic Spanish recipe. These are the breakfasts prepared by Spanish housewives every day, and it takes them no more than 25 minutes!

Ingredients: water — 200 ml + 1 tbsp. l., flour — 160 g, baking powder — 1 tbsp. l., salt — 0.5 tsp., cinnamon — 1 pinch, olive oil for deep fat.

Cooking method:

Sift in a bowl all loose products — flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Bring water to a boil, pour it into flour and mix until smooth. You can use a mixer.

Allow the dough to rest and cool for 5 minutes.
Fill a pastry bag with an asterisk nozzle with dough.

Heat the oil and roll the spiral of dough out of the pastry bag, at the center of the pan.
Once the donut has a golden color, put it on napkins or paper towels to absorb excess fat.

Divide the churros into sticks and serve them with hot melted chocolate.
Sugar is not added to the dough in this recipe, but you can sprinkle powdered sugar on hot items. However, if dipped churros in chocolate, then the lack of sugar in the dough is not so felt.

Delicate Coconut Churros.

These donuts will appeal to everyone who loves coconut pastries. To prepare it, you will need coconut meal, which is made from the core of a coconut, for which the pulp is dried and chopped. So, mix in a bowl 50 g of rice flour, 80 g of corn starch, 2 tbsp. l coconut meal, 1 tsp. coconut flakes, 1 tbsp. l with a hill of powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well, bring to a boil 200 ml of water, and then pour it into a bowl of dry food. Knead the dough thoroughly with a spatula until it becomes smooth and uniform.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fill the pastry bag with dough, and then squeeze the figures out of it directly into the pan. Sprinkle the prepared churros with powdered sugar and serve them with chocolate paste.
