We will need these ingredients:

• 1 small orange
• Garlic — 2 cloves

We will need these ingredients:
• Pork Ribs — 500 grams
• Large onion — 1 piece
• A large carrot — 1 piece
• Bulgarian pepper yellow or red — 1 piece
• Cutting tomatoes, rolled in its own juice — 200 grams
• Rice long grain — 425 grams
• Sunflower oil for frying
• Salt, spices (ground paprika, hops-suneli, black pepper and any other optional)

How to prepare, how to prepare:
Fry on all sides in a frying pan until golden brown ribs. It is advisable to choose the meat with little fat.
We shall cut onions and bell pepper into large chunks and carrots grate.
Finely smite garlic.
Add the onions, carrots and bell pepper in a frying pan to the meat and fry 5-7 minutes (to the onions become golden and mild peppers), pour a glass of water, cover and carcass 25 minutes.
Put in a pan the chopped tomatoes, garlic, spices and salt. Cover and mascara even 7 minutes.
Dec ribs ready for the pot.
Top with washed rice and water fraction of a centimeter above the rice filling. Cover your pots caps.
Put in a warm oven, then increase the temperature to 200 C and bake for half an hour.
