Carpaccio of tomatoes with pickled daikon

When preparing snacks, remember some simple rules that will help create truly ideal culinary works. Cold appetizers are prepared from the freshest products, since they, with rare exception, are not subjected to long cooking. The prepared dish is not recommended to be stored, therefore cook better in small portions

Tomatoes — 700 g
Daikon — 250 g
For sauce
Lemon juice — 30 ml
Soy sauce — 70 ml
Sesame oil — 15 ml
Shallots — 20 g
Garlic — 2 cloves
Vegetable oil — 60 ml
Honey — 40 g

Prepare sesame sauce: lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, shallots, chopped small cubes, chopped garlic, vegetable oil and honey, mix until homogeneous.
Ground tomatoes cut into very thin circles, put in the center of the plate, put the daikon on the tomatoes, cut into thin strips, and season with cooked sesame sauce.
