Super Chocolate Ice Cream

A simple recipe for delicious homemade chocolate ice cream.


Dark chocolate (ground) — 200 g
Milk chocolate (ground) — 60 g
Milk from 2.5% — 350 ml
Cream from 30% — 250 ml
Sugar — 100 g
Large yolk — 4 pcs.
Marshmallow — 115 g

Super Chocolate Ice Cream

Ice cream making:

1. Bring the mixture of milk and cream to a boil.

2. Remove from heat and pour black chocolate mixture.

3. Stir until completely dissolved.

4. Beat the yolks with sugar in a lush, light mass.

5. While stirring in the yolk mass, add a thin stream of chocolate mixture.

6. Put the mixture on low heat and cook, stirring, thickening (do not bring to a boil).

7. Pour the mixture into a clean container, tighten with plastic wrap and cool.

8. Thoroughly beat the mixture and put it in the freezer (20-30 minutes)

9. Repeat the procedure 3-4 times.

10. Beat the mixture for the last time, add chopped marshmallows (100 g) and chocolate.

11. Stir manually with a spatula.

12. Put the mixture into the freezer completely to harden.

13. Put the ice cream in a serving bowl.

14. Decorate before serving mashmallow.

Ice cream with chocolate without preservatives and dyes

We hasten to share with you a quick recipe for making an incredibly delicious ice cream with chocolate. Ice cream turns out airy, without preservatives and dyes.
The perfect dessert for kids. Be sure to try it, you’ll like it!

Ingredients (for 6 servings of 100 grams):

Condensed milk — 300 ml
Sour cream or cream (fatty) — 300 ml
Dark Chocolate — 100 g

Ice cream making:

1. In a water bath, stirring occasionally melt the pieces of dark chocolate. Pour into paper cups 2-3 tbsp. l melted dark chocolate and spread it over the walls of the cup. Place chocolate cups in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

2. Whip the cold cream until the consistency of elastic foam, add condensed milk and mix the ingredients until smooth.

3. Fill the creamy mixture into cups with frozen chocolate and place the cups in the freezer for 10 minutes.

4. Immerse a wooden stick in each ice cream cup and place the ice cream cups in the freezer again for 5 hours.
