Japanese Cuisine — Sushi with salmon Round

We will need these ingredients:
• 2 cups of rice for sushi
• Rice vinegar — 1/3 Art.
• Sugar — 2 tbsp. l.
• ¼ cup white sesame seeds. Lightly fry in a pan without oil.
• ¼ cup black sesame
• 100 g smoked salmon, finely chopped
• 1 large cucumber, peeled, finely chopped
• Home-made mayonnaise or cream cheese — 2 tbsp. l.
• ½ tsp wasabi

Cooking method:
Figure 1 Wash in cold water. Place in a medium-sized saucepan with a thick bottom, pour 3 cups of water. Put on the fire. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to a minimum. Cover and cook for 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Leave the covered pan for another 10 minutes.

Figure 2 pour into a wide shallow bowl. Mix vinegar with sugar and a pinch of salt until sugar is dissolved and pour this mixture of rice. With the help of the blade or spoon to mix thoroughly.

3 Divide the cooled rice in 18 servings and cover them with a damp kitchen towel — to rice zavetrivalsya.

4 Mix two kinds of flat plate in sesame. In a small bowl, combine salmon, cucumber, mayonnaise or cheese and wasabi for stuffing.

5 Dipping hands in a bowl of water, take a portion of rice, roll a ball out of it. Use your finger to make a hole and fill it with ½ teaspoon of filling. Close the hole and roll in sesame ball. Place on a cutting board or a large flat plate and cover with cling film. Repeat with remaining rice and fillings.

About the dish:
Do not refrigerate the balls, and the taste will be stronger.
