Easy snacks to make.

The meat in the Japanese style does not pretend to Japanese cuisine, but does not carry several traditions of Japanese cuisine. I write in order to avoid disturbances residents of Japan. The meat in the Japanese style cook quickly and easily. You can apply it as a light dinner, or as a salad.

The meat in the Japanese style.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

Meat (beef) — 200-300 g;
Onions — 1 small;
Carrots — 1 small;
Fresh ginger — 1/4 tsp (or 1/2 tsp dried ground ginger);
Garlic — 1 clove;
Cucumber — 3-4 medium (1 or greenhouse);
Canned corn — 4-5 tbsp (optional);
Parsley — 1/4 bundle;
Soy sauce — 5-6 tbsp;
Water — 150 ml.

The meat is washed, were dried with paper towels. Cut into small pieces no thicker than 0.5 cm.
Fry the meat in the hot oil until golden brown on all sides.

Onions cut into half rings, carrot rub on a coarse grater. Fresh ginger, if we add finely chop. Add the onion, carrot and fresh ginger (dry ginger should be added for 5 minutes until cooked) meat, lightly fry, fill with water.

Bring to a boil, add 3 tbsp soy and simmer with the lid closed on low heat — 10 minutes. While Let us cucumbers. Cut cucumber lengthwise into two parts. Scrape out the seeds with a spoon of tea.

Then divide each half for a few more parts. We need to get a wide half-ring. Add the cucumbers to the meat. Simmer for another five minutes. Add the corn (if desired), garlic, parsley and remaining soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir with open flap keeping our meal on the fire for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
