Truffles with airy rice.

Chocolate sweets can be easily prepared at home. It’s quite simple, so be sure to try our recipe for cool home truffles.

Ingredients:

Chocolate bitter 100 g;
Agave syrup 1 tbsp. L.;
Almond 20 g;
Airy rice 20 g;
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. L.;

Cooking method:

Shred the almonds in a flour blender.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, and then remove from the plate and add agave syrup, air rice and almonds to it.

To stir thoroughly. When the chocolate starts to solidify a little, roll the mass into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
Keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Vegetarian Nutella.

Love for Nutella is so strong, but do you want to get a couple of extra pounds? Prepare a vegetarian chocolate pasta according to our recipe.

Ingredients:

Hazelnut3 cups;
Chopped Chocolate3 / 4 cups;
Vanilla extract1 tsp.;
Sea salt 1/2 tsp.;
Cocoa powder2-3 tbsp. L.;
Coconut sugar (optional) 2-3 tbsp. L.

Cooking method:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Cover the pan with paper for baking. Put the chopped hazelnut on top and spread it evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes.

Carefully remove the husks from the nuts.
Put the hazelnut in a food processor. Beat at low speed until the maximum friable condition. Then turn on the high speed and whisk until the consistency of the creamy oil. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave oven in intervals of 30 seconds.
Mix nut oil with chocolate, vanilla extract and sea salt.
Add the cocoa powder and coconut sugar. Stir.
Serve to the table.
