Vanilla parfait

Ingredients:
2 pieces of chicken eggs.
egg yolks 2 pcs.
sugar 120 g
vanilla pods in 1 piece.
Vanilla sugar 2 h. L.
33-35% cream 400ml
1 pinch of salt
Cookies 100g

Cooking method.
Cookies break hands into small pieces. Set aside a bowl with cookies aside.

Parfait ready to put on a serving plate, cut into portions and serve immediately!
