Vegetable burgers — a recipe wonderful dish

• 4 potatoes,
• 2 carrots,
• 1 onion,
• 1 clove of garlic,
• 3 tbsp. tablespoons canned corn,
• 3 tbsp. tablespoons canned green peas,
• 0,5 lemon,
• herbs (parsley, dill, green onions)
• 3 tbsp. tablespoons flour,
• 200 ml of water,
• 100 grams of bread crumbs,
• 4 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil,
• ground coriander to taste
• paprika to taste,
• curry to taste,
• ground black pepper to taste
• salt to taste.

How to prepare, how to prepare:
Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins. Carrots — about 5 minutes, potatoes — 30 minutes. Clean the vegetables.

Potato mash into a homogeneous puree, salt, add spices, lemon juice.

Carrots finely cut. Also chop the onion, garlic and herbs. Unite all the vegetables, corn, peas and mix well. From the resulting mass to form a small meatless vegetable cutlets.

Before you fry meatless vegetable burgers, prepare the dough. To this mix the flour with water and salt.
