Vitello Tonato

Ingredients

Veal (EDGE) — 200 g
Salt and pepper
A CANNED TUNE IN OWN DRINK — 70 g
MILK — 20 ml
CAPERS — 5 g
HOME MAYONNAISE — 20 g
TOMATOES CHERRY — 30 g
OLIVE OIL — 3 ml
GREEN FOR JEWELERY

Meat salt and pepper, wipe with oil.
To bake the oven. Warm up to 190 — 200 degrees.
Put the meat in the oven.
Bake for about 10 minutes. After that, cool.
Slice into thin slices.
For the sauce in the blender, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, milk, capers, pepper, salt to a homogeneous mass. Strain through a sieve.
Put sauce on the bottom of the serving dish. Distribute slices of meat and tomatoes. Season with black pepper. Serve to the table.
