Waldorf salad

One of the most popular salads in America is even more useful if you replace traditional mayonnaise with low-fat yogurt.
COOKING TIME: 15 min

Ingredients

Apple 1 pc.
Celery 1/2 cups
Grapes 1/2 cup
Nuts (walnuts (crushed)) 1/2 cup
Yoghurt (fat-free) 3 tbsp.
Lemon (lemon juice) 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Salad (lettuce) for decoration

Mix a small bowl of yogurt and freshly squeezed lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste.
Finely slice the apple, celery, grapes and lightly fried walnuts. Stir all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with salad dressing.
Serve with lettuce leaves.

Vegetable salad with champignons

The source of vitamins C and B, magnesium, potassium, vegetable protein, another dozen useful microelements and at the same time containing a minimum of calories — all these are champignons.

Ingredients

Mushrooms (champignons) 300 g
Avocado 2 pcs.
Tomatoes (cherry) 500 g
Cucumber 3 pcs.
Basil 10 g
Garlic 1 denticle
Lemon ½ pcs.
Oil (olive) 50 ml
Vinegar (wine) 2 tsp.
Honey 1 tsp
Mustard (Dijon) 1 tsp

In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for refueling: olive oil, wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, squeeze out half a lemon juice and finely chopped garlic.
Peel and chop the champignons. Put the mushrooms in a large bowl and add ⅔ the portions of the dressing. Gently mix, cover and put aside for 30 minutes, until the mushrooms absorb the entire dressing.
Peel the avocado and cut it and cucumbers into small pieces, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Add the vegetables to the champignons, sprinkle with basil and season with the remaining sauce.
