Wet Chocolate Chip Cookies

Very tasty chocolate chip cookies, I would even say this wet cake. It is prepared very quickly and simply, but it turns out very tasty.

Ingredients for Wet Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Dough

Butter — 100 g
Vegetable oil — 100 ml
Sugar — 100 g
Wheat flour / Flour — 350 g
Dough baking powder — 1 tsp.
Salt — 1 pinch.
Vanilla essence — 2 drops.
Chicken egg — 1 pc.
Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp. l

Syrup

Water — 200 ml
Sugar — 100 g

Glaze

Milk Chocolate / Chocolate — 50 g
Butter — 25 g

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings Per Container: 24

Wet Chocolate Chip Recipe:

We take butter at room temperature, add sugar and odorless vegetable oil.
Next, add a pinch of salt and a drop of vanilla extract or vanillin.

Mix everything with a fork until smooth.
Then add half the flour, cocoa and baking powder to the sieve.
Sift everything into a bowl.

And mix.
Next, add the egg.
All mix well until smooth.

Add the remaining flour. Do not sift all flour at once, since the quality of flour is different for everyone and may vary slightly, look at the consistency of the dough.

When the dough is already kneading poorly with a fork, I knead the dough with my hands.
Then I transfer the dough to the working surface, add flour if necessary.

I collect the dough in one lump.
I covered the mold with baking paper. The oven was turned on for 180 °. Then I take about 1 teaspoon of dough and form a ball.

Due to the large amount of oil, the dough is quite loose. Therefore, I knead each piece in my hand, because of the warmth of my hands the dough becomes more elastic.

So we form all the cookies. We send to bake for about 20 minutes, at a temperature of 180 °.
While the cookies are baking, we prepare the syrup. We take water.

Add sugar and send to the fire.
Stir occasionally to a boil. After boiling, cook the syrup for 2 minutes.

Pour the hot syrup into a bowl and send to cool on the balcony.
The cookie is ready. It was baked for 20 minutes and stood for another 5 minutes in the oven turned off.

Then we take the cookies, put it in the syrup and hold for 7-10 seconds.
So do with all the cookies.

Next, prepare the icing. Take chocolate and butter. You can melt everything in a water bath or in the microwave.

Glaze the top of the cookie.
This is such a wonderful cookie.
It is delicious and moist inside.
