We cook a very fast, incredibly delicious and hearty breakfast!
A simple scrambled eggs with cheese and greens. It can become a new variant of the usual breakfast!

Fried eggs for breakfast — a fairly common dish, as it is an energetically satisfying dish. Quite useful, at the same time. For fried eggs and cheese, it’s best to choose the right cheese. It should be sharp and easy to melt, — cheddar, parmesan, gouda. For a serving for one person two eggs will be enough. You can add your favorite spices if desired.

Serve eggs and cheese immediately after cooking, until the cheese is frozen.
So, we will prepare all the products.

Ingredients

Egg of chicken — 4 pcs.
Cheddar cheese — 100 g
Parsley — 5 g
Dill — 5 g
Butter — 50 g
Salt — to taste
Mixture of peppers — 5 g

Cheese rub on the middle grater. Dill and parsley are also finely chopped.

I usually serve such fried eggs in a frying pan. I have two identical portioned frying pans, so I cook in two at once. If you cook scrambled eggs in one pan, lay out the foods in the amount indicated in the recipe.

I will divide the number in half. In the frying pan spread the butter and let the oil warm up. We drive the eggs and give them a little «grab».

Sprinkle eggs with grated cheese. Solim and pepper the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle the top with herbs of dill and parsley. Cover the frying pan with a lid and let the cheese melt. This will take 3-4 minutes.

We serve the scrambled eggs and cheese to the table immediately. To such scrambled eggs it is very good to serve vegetable salad and toast. Nourishing, tasty, fragrant! Enjoy your breakfast!
