How to cook chicken wings


Chicken wings: 500 gr.
Dried garlic: 1.5 tbsp.
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp.
Paprika powder: 1.5 tbsp.
Salt: 1.5 tsp.
Soy sauce: 100 ml.
Sugar: 3 tbsp.
Vinegar: 2 tsp.
Garlic: 3 -4 teeth.
Sesame: 1.5 tbsp.

Chicken wings


1. Wings are mine, cut off unnecessary. Cut into three parts, remove the gloomy part.
2. Pour dried garlic, pepper, paprika and salt to the meat, spice it well. On the parchment covered with a parchment, lay the wings and send to the oven for 34-40 minutes at 200-230C until a good, rosy condition.
3. While wigs are baked, prepare sauce: combine soy sauce with sugar, add the garlic, passed through the press and vinegar.

5. Remove the wings from the oven, remove the sauce from the plate.
6. Put the wings into the sauce, mix well and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Serve hot, with garnish, to your taste.
