Apple pie.

Cottage cheese fat-free — 130 g;
Condensed milk — 90 g;
Yolks — 2 pcs.;
Proteins — 3 pcs.;

Sugar — 50 g;
Sour cream (20%) — 100 g;
Ryazhenki (kefir, yogurt, liquid yogurt, etc.) — 100 grams;
Butter — 35 g;
Baking powder — 2 tsp. (Without a slide);
Flour — 1 glass;
Apple (or berry);

Cooking method:

1. Cottage cheese, condensed milk, mix the yolks and mix. Add, sour cream, soft butter, fermented baked milk.

2. Whip the whites with sugar until a lush and firm foam. Add to the cottage cheese mass. Gently stir so that the proteins do not settle.

3. Sift flour with baking powder and add to the main curd mass. Mix. The dough should be like thick sour cream.

4. Put the dough in the mold. Top out with grapes. If the grapes are with bones, remove them.

5. Bake the cake at 170 degrees 40-50 minutes. Before blanching.
