Flour — 125-130 grams.
Milk — 240-250 ml.
Butter — 100 grams.
Eggs — 3 pieces.
Salt is a pinch.
Condensed milk.
Vegetable oil.
How to cook French pancakes

Milk pour into the saucepan, add salt. Cut the butter into pieces and add to the milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, it is always necessary to stir to allow the oil to completely melt. Sift flour.

Flour pour into the saucepan to the milk and mix thoroughly with a whisk so that no lumps are formed. Dough to cool for 5-6 minutes. Then add one egg to the dough and mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula (you can also wood). The next egg is added only after the previous one is completely dissolved in the test. The dough should be homogeneous and smooth.

In a frying pan, heat a small amount of oil. Spoon wet in cold water, spoon to collect dough and spread on a frying pan. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. When you turn to the second side, the fire can be reduced and the frying pan closed with a lid. Transfer to a paper towel to remove excess fat. Serve the pancakes warm, pour the condensed milk.
