4. We knead the dough, not very long, so that the dough does not lose its sandiness. The longer the dough is mixed, the more gluten is formed in it. So the dough will cease to be so friable. The dough should be soft. Do not stick to your hands. Fold the dough into a large bowl. Put in a bag. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Lubricate the mold with oil. Distribute the dough by shape. Make the sides. To prick the fork in different places.
Put in the oven at 180 g. for 15 minutes.
6. Filling: Flush berries, dry. Whisk the whipped to strong foam. Gradually add the powdered sugar and lemon juice.
