Cooking process

I really like salad with fried oyster mushrooms, since the taste of these mushrooms reminds me of forest mushrooms, for example butter. Yes, and in other dishes, I often add them, even omelet with them I cook. Salad with oyster mushrooms, cucumbers, eggs and herbs turns «fresh» and very tasty, and is prepared simply, so it is not necessary to wait for a special occasion to cook this dish.

For the preparation of salad will need the most simple and inexpensive products.

Oyster mushrooms wash and perform a thorough examination — because among the plates I can hide the remains of soil, husks and other debris. Separate most of the fungus from the bottom of the stem, cut it small enough.

Chicken eggs boil hard and chill, brush and finely cut the yolks along with the squirrels. You can, of course, grate eggs on a grater, but in this case they can simply «get lost» in a salad.

Fresh cucumber wash and cut ends, be sure to check the vegetables for bitterness. Sometimes there are such «evil» cucumbers that can spoil a whole bowl of salad.

Cut the finely chopped bulb and fry it along with the mushrooms until cooked. Do not forget to add salt and add spices.

Mix all the ingredients in a comfortable deep pot. Add sour cream of any fat content, chopped fresh herbs, salt and spices to taste.

Stir — salad with fried oyster mushrooms is ready. Serve in a large salad bowl or in portions, in bowls.
