Cheddar cheese — 70 g
Egg of chicken — 2 pcs.
Water — 1 tbsp.
Flour — 3-4 tablespoons.
Salt and pepper — to taste
Seasoning for poultry — 0,5 tsp (optional)
Vegetable oil for frying — 2 tbsp.

Cooking process

The fillet of turkey will be cut into plates.
With the help of a kitchen hammer for meat, we will beat off each piece of meat, placing it for convenience in a plastic bag. Let’s add each fillet, add black ground pepper and seasoning for the bird.

In the bowl we will kill the eggs, add the hard cheese grated on a fine grater to them. Will 1 tbsp. water and a good fork.
In a flat plate we pour out the flour. We roll every turkey in the flour on both sides. Then put the meat in the batter and cover it well with batter, helping yourself with a fork.

In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and fry the chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.
