Fish red (trout or salmon): 500gr.

1. Fish should be washed, cleaned and removed from the inside, cut into steaks 2 -3 cm thick, dried with a paper towel, so that excess moisture does not prevent the meat from absorbing spices.

3. Rub the steaks with salt and pepper and leave for 5-10 minutes.

4. We cover the baking tray with paper or foil and spread out the slices of lemon, put a slice of fish for each piece of lemon, sprinkle the salmon with olive oil. We enclose the fish with herbs and put the baked in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180C. Adjust the cooking time based on the characteristics of your oven.

5. We remove the prepared dish from the baking tray and separate the fish from the lemon slices, we discard the herbs, we garnish the salmon at will, for example, fresh salad, mashed potatoes or rice, served hot.
