Onions are cleaned, finely chopped and fried in a heated frying pan with sunflower oil. Fry on medium light, stirring occasionally with a spoon.

We fry onion and mushrooms. Champignons will be cleaned from the skins, washed, a little dried, cut into plates and added to the onions. Pickle, pepper and continue to fry together until light rudeness. Ready to fill the stuffing in a bowl, trying to keep the oil in the frying pan. We roll the potato dough into sausage and cut into equal pieces.
