milk 3.2% — 2 liters


We pour milk into the multivark.

Turn on the «quenching» mode for 6 hours.
Follow the milk for the first 30 minutes you must
Approximately every five minutes, open the lid, so that the milk sinks.

As soon as it boils, you will not have to look. In 6 hours will be
fragrant milk. Allow it to cool slightly.
I clean the foam, my people do not like it. But I do not advise you to clean. It is very tasty in a fermented woman.

Stir in sour cream. Stir well. If you have a foam, then carefully remove it. Stir in sour cream. We return the foam to the place. Leave for 6-8 hours. I left it at night.
