A fantastic mix of tangy feta cheese, sweet red onions, juicy pears and fragrant thyme makes plain puff in a refined modern hospitality. These products are best served straight from the oven hot, but you can prepare them in advance and warm up before serving.

We will need these ingredients:

375 g of finished puff pastry (in the form of a roll out)
Loose egg for greasing
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
2 red onions (cleaned and cut into rings)
200 g Feta cheese (crumbled)
2 ripe but firm pears (peeled, seed pods, fruit cut into slices)
leaves 3 sprigs thyme

Cooking method:

1 Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the silicone pan on the metal. Spread the dough on the work surface and cut into 8 equal pieces. Put on a silicone baking sheet and brush with the egg dough. Make sure the egg does not drip on the edges, otherwise it will stick together layers of dough and will not give up good baking.

2 Heat a frying pan olive oil, fry the onion rings until soft, but not until golden brown. Put a slotted spoon and let cool (10 minutes).

3 Spread of dough on the workpieces evenly cheese, grilled onions and sliced pears. Bake 12-15 minutes, until the dough will not rise and does not become slightly brownish. Sprinkle with thyme leaves and serve immediately.

Feel free to combine components of fillings, trying different combinations. Good combination of apple or quince -kruzhochki and semi-hard blue cheese, as well as slices of boiled beets and goat cheese.

For apples and quince instead of thyme, add the sage, to the beet — fresh dill. On the buffet cook assorted miniature puffs for drinks.
