Eggs — 2 pcs.,
0.5 cups of sugar,
sour cream — 1 cup,
melted margarine — 50 g
soda — 0.5 tsp,
flour — 1 cup.

curd — 400 g,
Egg — 2 pcs.
Sugar — 0.5 cups,
semolina — 2 tablespoons,
vanilla sugar — 0.5 bags.


Cake is extremely easy to implement and very tasty, and its delicate texture and flavor will not leave anyone indifferent.
The eggs with sugar, add the series sour cream, margarine, baking soda, sifted flour. Stir. You should get a fairly liquid, «pouring» the dough.

For the filling mix (you can in a blender), cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and semolina. Too liquid filling should not be.

Grease a round shape butter, pour the batter into it. In the middle of the form with the dough gently lay curd before reaching the edge of about 2 centimeters.

Place the cheesecake cool in oven, bake until browning 30-40 minutes — depending on the oven.
