We will need these ingredients:
• Red Cabbage — 500 g
• Pear — 2 pcs.
• Onion — 1 onion
• Raisins large white seedless — 2 tbsp
• Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp
• Cinnamon — 0.5 tsp
• Sugar — 2 tsp
• Salt
• Cognac (or brandy) — 1 tbsp
• Red Wine vinegar — 2 tbsp
• Ginger — 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh

Cooking method:
We begin to prepare our unusual salad. We hope you managed to find a strong and juicy cabbage. Now, wash it, dry and chop. Onions also prepared and we shall cut half rings.
