Salad from cod liver is a traditional decoration of the festive table.

The cod liver is itself a full-fledged self-sufficient dish, but not every gourmet will master this delicacy in its pure form due to its fat content and satiety. And because the cod liver salad, made from combining and useful products, will become the original variety of your table.

As is known, the cod liver is a source of fish oil, and quail eggs contain a large amount of vitamins, so the salad from cod liver and quail eggs is a storehouse of substances useful to the human body.

We need the following ingredients:

• 1 can of canned cod liver (240 g),
• 10 quail eggs,
• a little green onions and parsley,
• 1 tbsp. spoon of mayonnaise,
• half a lemon,
• a pinch of sugar,
• salt to taste.

Cooking method:

Cook hard-boiled eggs for 5 minutes. To make the shell easier to clean, immediately after boiling water, lower them for a couple of minutes into cold water. Peel off the shell and cut into halves.

Finely chop the onions. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into it, add a pinch of sugar, stir and set aside for 15-20 minutes, so that the onion is slightly de-milled.

Open the canned food, take out the cod liver and cut into small, approximately equal in size, pieces.

Mayonnaise mix well with a little oil from the canned food. If the oil is too much, do not use everything to make the salad from the cod liver not too fat.
