For a garnish of vegetables, beans, pasta and all kinds of cereals, prepare a delicious spicy beef goulash on a frying pan. Terrible-scented coriander and zira, plus an exquisitely smelling smoked paprika leave a rich and delicious aroma.

Take the food in the list.
Beef pulp — 600 g
Carrots — 1 pc.
Onion — 1-2 pieces.
Garlic — 1-2 cloves
Chile — 1/3 pod
Olive oil — 50 ml
Starch — 30 g
Zira (cumin), coriander, smoked paprika, salt, bay leaves — to taste
Greens for filing.

Step-by-step recipe:

Beef my tenderloin in cold water. We wipe paper. First we divide plates. Then — the bars, which we cut across. As a result, we obtain cubes of approximately the same size.

Pour out the starch (corn or potato — it does not matter). We pan all the meat sliced. Shake off excess.

Warm up the frying pan with the board. We pour olive oil (can be replaced with sunflower or corn refined). In the hot fat we load beef. We interfere periodically. Fry at a high temperature for 3-5 minutes.

Next, throw the finely chopped onions / mugs onions and carrots. Stirring. We oil the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

In parallel, we crush coriander seeds and zires. Razirayem in a mortar or grind in a mill.

Season beef with vegetables ground smoked paprika, zira / cumin with coriander, salt. Once again, we turn everything over with a shovel.

Pour about 200-250 ml of boiling water. To enhance the spicy odor, leave the bay leaf. Having lowered the heat, stew for about 30-45 minutes under the lid.

We remove the frying pan with spicy goulash from beef from the fire. For sharpness, sprinkle chopped chili. We pass garlic through the press. Stirring, we insist a couple of minutes.

We serve goulash with fresh herbs and vegetables (if desired — with a side dish).
