Tomatoes — 400 g
Mixture of lettuce leaves — 75 g
Garlic — 1 tooth
Natural yoghurt — 200 ml
Olive oil — 55 ml
Salt — to taste
Pepper ground black — to taste

How to prepare
1. Medium size tomatoes cut into rings about a centimeter thick. Heat the frying pan, pour in a little olive oil and fry the tomato slices until the crust appears, and then remove it from the heat.
2. Mix the natural yogurt with 50 ml of olive oil. Chop the garlic cloves with a knife, peel into fibers and finely chop. Add chopped garlic to yoghurt with butter, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Fill the resulting sauce with a mixture of lettuce leaves, decorate with roasted tomato rings and serve, when they cool slightly — or even hot, this is already a matter of taste.
