Vegetable stew — a kind of “slicing” of spices and vegetables, meat, which are available during winter and early spring. This stew is exceptionally tasty, hearty, juicy and flavorful, and cooked very simply. We will need these ingredients:

500 grams of pork pulp,
600 g potatoes,
200 g carrots,
200 g peppers,
2 onions,
4 cloves garlic,
a few sprigs of parsley,
1 sprig of rosemary,
3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil,
1 h. Spoon of thyme,
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste,
300 ml of water or broth.

The method of preparation, how to cook vegetable stew with meat:

1 of processed pork, wash less often and large cubes. Mix up the meat with salt and spices.

2 potatoes, carrots and bell peppers are also less often large cubes. Onions and garlic finely cut. Grind herbs.

3 Pork fry in hot skillet in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes, turning the pieces so they are lightly browned on all sides.

5 When the meat and vegetables are browned, zaley stew boiling water, stir and bring to a boil. Add to the vegetable stew potatoes, reduce heat, cover and simmer the carcass at 1.5-2 hours. The longer it languishes stews, so it will turn out tender and tasty.
