Squash: 500 gr.
Sugar or honey: 2 tsp.
Salt: 1 tsp or to taste.
Black ground pepper: 0,25 ч.л.
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Chilli pepper: to taste.
Vinegar (9%): 2 tbsp.
Garlic: 3-4 cloves.
Vegetable oil: 2-3 tablespoons.
Sesame: 2 tbsp.
Dill: to taste.

1. Pass garlic through the press. Mix everything for sauce: pepper, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, chili.
2. Zucchini well washed, if the skin is thin, then cut into a carrot grater in Korean, I did not have a grater, I cut the vegetable marrow with a vegetable peeler. Zucchini salted, drain excess liquid.
3. In a frying pan, heat oil and put sesame seeds. Fry the sesame until the color changes.
4. Pour the sauce over the zucchini and mix. Pour in the oil with sesame, mix well. Add the dill.
5. Mix well.
6. Serving can be done immediately.
